This reference based, research-oriented book hypothesizes the effect of individual emotional intelligence (EQ) on the collective health and fitness industries within America.
This book will:
Recognize how our obesity crisis is manifested in our alarming upward trends of disorders and disease. Explore how these trends originated from the declining fitness we’ve displayed over the last 50 years. Discuss being proactive and not reactive within our health care system using EQ. Impact our country's collective health with data and timelines – call them deadlines if you will.
From my two decades of experiences in the fitness industry and Healthcare-based Corporate America, we'll explore the dynamics between psychology, economics and physiology. The goal is to understand our current situation then predict future ramifications on our systems of healthcare.

The 2024 Elections are over.
Large portions of the population are shocked, saddened and trepidatious. Large portions of the country are excited for Trump's 2nd term, while being perplexed or dismissive towards his detractors.
Now is the time to talk and listen - about how we got here and what we can do going forward.
This book is an investigation on how emotional intelligence can facilitate discussions about our current political climate within America.
How can we explain the steep divide on how we all view Donald J. Trump?
How can we slow down the arguing and bickering, which leads to distrust, on social media and across mainstream media platforms?
From my experiences being an enabler and target, we'll examine attributes of narcissism. We'll apply those personal micro examples to our political macro environment, post-election. MAGA, Liberals and non-MAGA conservatives play specific roles within the narcissistic triangle. We’ll leave tons of space for counter arguments, via history, psychology and sociology.
We’ll examine individual self-awareness versus our collective subconscious’ desires to “be right”.

From Summer 2020:
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) gives us tools to listen to and comprehend those with strong, emotional ties to viewpoints different than ours.
We are the Divided States of America.
In this book, we’ll dive into all three angles of the Triangle:
1. A deep examination of traits within all of us that Narcissists easily exploit. Their lies, gaslighting, middle-school-mentality, and lack of accountability are dependent on us not recognizing the signs.
2. To examine their bias, we'll put our national media on trial, in historical court with input from: Joseph Pulitzer, Charles Darwin, Thomas Jefferson, CNN & FOX News. We'll also compare our media impartiality to other nations.
3. In a classroom setting, we'll use EQ to listen (not just talk) to: BLM, MAGA, and Mainstream Republicans. Everybody likes to talk, we'll practice listening.

The lens of emotional intelligence will focus on how these real-life, R-rated, adult stories can:
Help men and women understand why men objectify women.
Take the pressure off men to accumulate sexual conquests to define their masculinity.
Take the pressure off society to put human sexuality in a defined box.
Help to make early-stage dating (1st and 2nd dates) less stressful while making online dating more efficient (no sunglasses, no potted plants, no lies about height or age, no misleading angles or filters.)
Create and foster the emotional bank deposits we all need in long-term relationships.
This book is raw, yet introspective, it is graphic and not for children.
